International Organization for Africa development (IOAD) was established with the primary aim to facilitate industrialisation across Africa. The continent needed to be lighted up, to strengthen citizens, eliminate corruption and bad governance which thrives in the atmosphere of darkness. Industrialisation gives job to strengthen the citizens, promote rule of law, eliminate darkness that often harbours shady deals.

IOAD has been established and headquartered in the UK to direct development activities across Africa. We have recognised the importance of working together with the rest of the world, leaving behind the old emotional sentiment of exploitation and slavery of the past centuries, seeking for a balanced relationship that will eliminates inequality and bad blood amongst the citizens of the world.

IOAD International is establishing IOAD Limited across the continent as the All Purpose Vehicle (APV) to promote and anchor industrialisation in every country of Africa.

All African citizens will be fully involved as stakeholders in this initiative as we develop the endowed natural resources, partnering with the West and the Global South for advanced technology for the good of the people of Africa and for mutual benefitsof our international partners.

We are working towards providing projects of economic value to the people of Africa, engaging in all productiveactivitiesthat will utilise our natural endowments, promoting the development of Bio-Fuels, Waste to Fuel, Agriculture, Commercial Dams, Fisheries and Fish Farming, World Class Medical Cities and Care Homes, Hydro-Electricity, Nuclear Energy, Power Distributions, Solar Energy, Wind Farming, Oil and Gas, In - Ground Assets, Smart Cities and Real Estate, Waste Recycling, Waste to Wealth, Hospitality, Tourism, etc.

The African Communities will have stakes in all of these projects, as Shareholders and Stakeholders to empower citizens and lift them out of impoverishment of the past to strengthen them to becoming active citizenship.

IOAD shall invest massively in all of those sectors mentioned above along with our growing financial partners worldwide.
